need help with the /advert command

Can anyone tell me a way to fix the /advert command? Every time someone does /advert .... in chat it creates a billboard instead of saying it in chat with bold orange letters so everyone in the server know whats about to happen. Can someone help with the files i need to edit or the addon i need to download?

From what I know falco for some reason didnt want darkrp to have the /advert command that we all know and love cause he thinks doing /advert to raid etc is dumb so he made it so you cant change it as far as I know I have never found a way but I think the only way to fix it is to find a outdated version or maybe there is something on the workshop you can find to fix it sorry I couldnt help you fully with your problem
