I had some lag issues with my server so I sent a ticket and within minutes I had an already helpful response. It wasn't a copy/paste response either. It was from James who suggested some fixes. I ultimately got it fixed after trying a few things. They even moved the server to a different machine to see if that was the issue. Possibly the best support team of all server hosting companies!
