Dallas downtime is getting pretty bad.

Any idea when your data center is going to have services restored? I've run our TS server for a long time, never seen anything like this.. and Tuesday's and Wednesday's are my weekend. :(

For any downtime event, we keep customers informed via the "Events log" page in the control panel. Please keep your eyes on that and contact us directly through the "Help!" page if you have follow-up questions. We are here to help and always respond quickly.

Yes.. that's how I knew what was going on.. the events log. Didn't want to add to your ticket queue asking questions.

It was a dead switch, so that part wasn't really anyone's fault. The facility was quite slow to fix it, though; they need to improve on that.
