Teleporting help *ugh*

How do you get to know the X,Y,Z coordinates for teleporting people???
I was goofin off Tryin to teleport people to be funny, and teleported em right off the map , I tried getting em back onto the map by teleporting em again, and they where under the ground. Everyone that had died was telling me to hurry up so they could play again, and all i could think to do was slay the poor guy!

Now ive played on servers where ive been teleported around like nothing! Should i bind keys to this or what? Or do i just need to practice, and figure out what coordinates go to where???


Maybe i'll just play around with it some more and see what happens!

im not exaclty sure how it works but you can get the x,y,z coordinates of any player at any point on the map by typing admin_userorigin <target> (if you are an admin)

You might consider running around in the map alone by starting a listen server on your client machine, then typing "status" in the console. It will tell you what your current coordinates are when you do that.

By the time i type all that (admin_userorigin <target> ) they arent even in the same place they where when i wanted their coord. So yeah ive tried that one, Thank you Very much anyways, but i think as always (or in my experience so far) Edge100 has got this one. Thanx dewd (yet again), helped me out very much (yet again)

Teleport menu... if i pressed the number 8 it saves the coordinates.. then I press 7 to either teleport to wher ei am in free look (so i can go all aroudn themap) or to find my fixed location. Then i go through a menu of all the players in the server. All of this takes about 2 seconds.
