Since EA has shutdown the BC2 authentication servers will NFO consider alternate methods of hosting BC2 servers? Maybe with mods?
On another note, thank you to everyone at NFO for hosting/supporting the games that we all have so many memories of. I can remember NFO as far back as early Counter Strike which led to Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3/4, 7 Days to Die and all the others. From all of the 90's gamers who have since found careers, families and a bit of time to still jump on with the boys, thank you for everything!
RIP BC2

Re: RIP BC2
Thank you for the kind words!
It is always sad to see a game die, be it losing all activity or shutdown by the studio that runs it. Unfortunately, I haven't heard any information about EA releasing control of the files, so they still cannot be released or modified in a way that removes the need for EA's back end for the game.
