I wanted to take a moment to publicly say THANK YOU to John and his amazing team!

Since 2004, I’ve been renting NFO VDS, game servers, and NFO dedicated servers through various accounts and games. While I’ve encountered technical issues along the way—and, admittedly, haven’t always been the most patient customer—John and the NFO support team have always, ALWAYS resolved every issue fairly and with great care.

If I had to do it all again, I would choose this team without hesitation.

Thank you for your patience, for putting up with my demands, and for providing top-notch service even when I didn’t always deserve it. Your consistent fairness and dedication have been truly appreciated!
