NFO SERVERS WEBSITE WONT LOAD

I keep getting this error Message every time I try to go to the website
Ive tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

On both website wont load. These forums load perfectly fine. It is just the main website that does not want to work.

Can anyone help out.

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server…
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".

If the forums load but the main site does not, this problem will be something specific to your connect that we will need to look at. If you haven't already, please open a "Help" request from the NFO control panel or send us an email so that we can investigate this further.

I am having the same issue as Dead Man, also I cannot reach the control panel to open a help request. Is there another way to request support?

Yes, we always also respond at support@nfoservers.com, which is where our emails come from, too.

The NFO Servers website isn't loading for me. Not sure if it's down for maintenance or experiencing issues. Anyone else having the same problem? Hope it gets fixed soon

I just checked and it is loading for me. As with 'Dead Man' above, if it continues to not load for you, please send us an email so we can look into it further.
