I put in a request yesterday for my 16 man public server to be changed to a 12 man private with a 5 Man HLTV Server and a Vent server. When will those changes take place? I'd like it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Working on One.
Server upgrades are generally handled within about a day, but it can sometimes be slightly more for more complicated requests, such as those involving adding a Ventrilo and HLTV to an existing order. If you requested it last night about this time, I'd expect it to be done within an hour.
We're working on automated systems to make server upgrades near-instantaneous and eliminate these delays (which are due to the fact that they must be hand-performed through a somewhat complicated process).
