This is making me wonder if Steam inappropriately thinks (with its GeoIP engine) that 31.186.250.xxx is in the US, and the game queries it last, or not at all, as a result (for EU clients).

In the other thread, someone mentions that setting sv_region didn't help them. Did anyone here also try it?
Server not showing up on browser/masterlist.
