Could this problem have something to do with the fact that your from usa?

My server is hosted in Germany.

Other my servers that are hosted somewhere else do show up to me and my friends and on the game-monitor:

I'm fairly sure you need to add your server to Game monitor, I know GameTracker requires you manually add your server to the list most of the time and I imagine Game monitor is the same way.

The Valve masterlist query also confirms it is being detected by the masterlist.

Yeah you need to register an account before you can add a server to game-monitor. I tried registering last night but it was a blank page. gametracker.com looks better, and doesn't require an account to add your server.
