ok as for your statsme question, here is your answer:
Config Sound

Note: In order for sounds to work, you will need to download the Soundpack.zip in the StatsMe download section.

Activating the Multikill plugin
Open the statsme.cfg (located in addons/statsme/statsme.cfg) with a text editor.
Locate this line near the bottom, and remove the "//" from the beginning of the line:

//exec addons/statsme/scripts/multikill.cfg so it looks like this:
exec addons/statsme/scripts/multikill.cfg

Save and exit the text editor.

Adding the sounds to your (.RES) files
A (.RES) file tells the server to have the client check and make sure they have a specific sound or sounds. If the client does not have the sound, it is downloaded from the server. Depending on your preference, (.RES) files can be included for every map on your server (this insures that no matter what, everyone will have the sound), for the most common maps played on your server (this is best if you have lots of maps, but most are only played sometimes), or for one specific map. It's best to add (.RES) files for each map listed in my mapcycle.txt
For simplicity, we're assuming that the MOD server runs two maps, Map1 and Map2. Replace map1 or map2 as needed with the names of the maps you'll be adding a (.RES) to on your server.

Create a text file (named map1.res), or edit map1.res (if it already exists), in the MOD's map directory, by using a text editor. --do not forget to replace map1 in the file name with the name of the map on your server.

Add the following lines after any sound files already listed (all sound files should be listed on separate lines)

sound/misc/monsterkill.wav
sound/misc/multikill.wav
sound/misc/ultrakill.wav
sound/misc/killingspree.wav

Save and exit the text editor.

Duplicate the map1.res file and rename it to map2.res. If map2.res already exists, repeat steps 1 through 3. --do not forget to replace map1 in the file name with the name of the map on your server.

Repeat step 4 for any other maps you wish to have a (.RES) file.

Make sure everything is in the right directory

Ok, all that’s left is to make sure you have the following files in the correct directories. All directories are listed from the MOD's root directory:

maps/map1.res
maps/map2.res
addons/statsme/statsme.cfg
addons/statsme/scripts/multikill.cfg

Also, copy the sounds to the sound/misc/ directory.

sound/misc/monsterkill.wav
sound/misc/multikill.wav
sound/misc/ultrakill.wav
sound/misc/killingspree.wav

Reboot your server and check to make sure everything is working properly.

I have no problems whatsoever with the server I'd just like to make it public but can't afford it unless another member or two pitches in =\ it's just that Dave(my friend) keeps crashing entirely til the point he has to restart and no one else seems to have problems :|
ok wwcl does have this problem with select computers, what I would have him do is check his config, a friend of mine's config was jacked up, he loved to tweak is settings, but wwcl set to back so much, that it ultimately crashed his server.

Ask him to use a default config, and see if that works. Reinstalling CS always fixes, especially if its retail.

Control panel server restarts show up as crashes.
