It's quite funny I had that same problem EVERY map change, and then it just stopped and has been running really well since.
It might just be that NFo servers are too good for fakefull to crash after a while... Adaptive systems or something

I had that problem for a while, and I haven't had any crashing lately I've had a few times where I personally haven't been able to load on a map change, or I was crashed out but the server itself hasn't crashed in a long time.
