Yes, you're looking at a different place than the Description page, which is the place I'm talking about, and the place that most customers will see it. You're on the "Managed panel" page, which provides you with the ability to change the options directly, as we can on our end.

(Note that your managed panel page also should have shown "Disable the 7am forced restart if the server was never empty" as already checked for any BF3 server.)
