Where are bans saved in bf3?

Ok - apparently server restart is required on ban removal from the pbbans.dat....

You should only need to restart the PUNKBUSTER server not the entire game server.

In Procon, go to the Console Tab and then the Punkbuster tab below that.
Type pb_sv_restart (as you type it -it should be auto filling in the rest). Hit enter or click the send key and the PBServer will restart

I explained why above. That change will take place the next time I restart the admin daemon.
