Few questions about CS:GO

I ordered a VPS with the managed option, but I don't see CS:GO in the supported games. Any help? (I'm still in the 2 day trial)

Now that you rented a VPS and it's up then you need to do this:

Go to https://www.nfoservers.com/order.php

Order a CS:GO server (You have to select the same location as you VDS server)
Select slots # (I'd suggest going with 24 because that's the max right now)
Then under Add this to a managed machine/VDS? select yes.
Select Identified. (example: mygamecsgo1)
Then I agree to the Nuclearfallout Enterprises' Terms of Service.

Then Request server rental.
