No that does not look like a ddos to me. The simple traffic capture only tells half of the story anyway. Most of those connections look like teamspeak connections.
an attack typically has a very noticeable effect on bandwidth, in your screenshot you don't go over 1Mbit, during an attack expect 10-100 for a minor one.

If you take a detailed look at the packets, it's possible that you might see a marker for a DDoS, but half of those packets are on the outbound from you to clients, so it's not clear-cut.
