Cannot connect to CSGO server

i've also tried having -ip and -port in there and it still doesn't work.

I did a reinstall of my OS and now I got the server working. Now the only problem is if I set a sv_password to the server, the problem I had before comes back. If I don't set a password, it works perfectly.
