The lot of the 64 players in my 64 man Aftermath Conquest server just got Blazed.

Our battlelog dumps are more frequent recently, almost every night when we are full.

What just happened to all of the servers? Mine are all dead. Was this Blaze again?

Oh, WTF?! They keep coming back up then going back down constantly... GRRRRR!!!!!

Actually, this may not be a Blaze problem. Looks like all of the servers keep getting restarted - Going down, then coming back up. Is there a DDoS in session?

You should open a request so we can take a look at your specific machine and see if there is anything going on.

When we see an attack that affects multiple customers, we do our best to post about it to the "Events log" page, so make sure to check there first. If you don't see anything there, please do open a support request. It is possible that you could be attacked individually, that there was an attack that we did not catch, or that something else is going on.

okay something just happened to my Aftermath Conquest server and it totally just went from full to 0. I gotta go to work right now so I don't have time to find out if it was another attack or a Blaze problem. This is getting retarded... I can't just sit around at my computer all day to get my servers going each time something like this happens...

Many other GSPs have been mentioning Blaze problems as well lately, so it seems as though there might be something beyond the usual background issues going on with the back-end (unless it's just from the global uptick in DDoS attacks). I haven't seen more than the usual number of Blaze complaints myself, though.

WOW! I'm at work right now and see that my Aftermath server has suddenly gone empty. Again, I'm unsure if this was a Blaze issue or not this time but I think I can assume it was. Sorry if I'm irritating anyone by constantly posting here each time this occurs but I believe I should just so that people can see how often Blaze is screwing our servers over.

Taking a quick look at your servers I am not showing any sudden drops in player counts going back to Friday morning for that machine. Good news is that all of the servers in your signature are on the same machine and if these drops are happening at different times and not all at once it pretty much rules out a hardware issue.

Are all of these servers similar in the way that they are setup? Running the same anti-cheat streaming and procon plugins?

And there goes the rest of our servers! GRRR!!! Every day there is some sort of problem...

Have you noticed any more stability after the latest BF3 patch? That addressed one of the more apparent causing exploits.


Obviously, the way BF3 responds to DDoS attacks also causes servers on the machine to crash. Unfortunately, by the time our system kicks in to block it the damage is already done :/

It may still be too early to tell. All I've seen so far since then was that DDoS then this Blaze drop and that is all I believe.
