Turn off yellow voice chat icon above head

Is it possible to turn off the I am talking icon above your player head for my server? Google has nothing on this.

I have actually looked into this myself, I found out about the ConVar: "mp_show_voice_icons".
Just use "mp_show_voice_icons 0" in your server.cfg, and it should work (I'm not entirely sure if it works with Garry's Mod).
