send an email to support@nfoservers.com and see if there is anything they can see that would be causing emails to get flagged as spam.
I was using email hosted by my webhost(hostgator) and at one point I wouldn't get any NFO emails because they were flagged as spam. I contacted NFO, who told me about the problem and I contacted hostgator to get NFO removed from the spam filter they were using.

We can't see much on our end in terms of why providers might flag things as spam. You'd have to contact the email host, mostly, on that.
I've never seen a lost password email not go out, but I can check on that, as well, given your email address.
