How did someone manage to make their first post in a restricted area of the forum.
Somehow they bypassed the permissions and posted in the knowledgebase area.

Not sure how you did that since it's a staff only area for posting. I don't have access to post or reply there. Must be a permission issue that somehow allowed you access.
