I was wondering do you guys help with plugins and all? I would be able to pay you guys to help me out on having bots on my server, and adding a "rockthevote" feature and these quakesounds, and that super admin with (gag, god mode, etc.) Let me know thanks guys!

Nfo does not offer installation of plugins beside the basic ones for example amxmodx, amx super or gungame mod.
I won't mind doing it, if you are willing to pay, but if anyone on this site is willing to help for free then please contact them first.
