Spawning Cars in DarkRP

Please Help, i recently added TDM cars to my server. And the mod was added successfully. Although, whenever i access the cars through the Q menu. and i try to spawn them, i get a message saying i can spawn vehicles, and to check the DarkRP setings. Can someone please help?

You either are not set as superadmin, or admin ( assuming you are using ULX ) or you need to go to your server.cfg and set

Im a superadmin on my server, and maxvehicles is set to 250. ):

Open your dark modification folder in your addons. Go to lua>Config>Settings. After you open it in notepad ++ (or whatever you use to script) click search at the top and type adminvehicles. Make sure this is set for 2 for superadmin or 1 for Admin. also find allowvehicleowning and make sure this is true in Lua>Config>settings.
