Client 1 overflowed reliable channel
A few people who join my server get this issue now, or sometimes another issue (which I don't have the error's name) but this is the most recent issue I was provided with. What does this mean?

Reliable channel over flow usually happens on badly coded plugins. You try to send too much data at the same time, which leads to this.

I removed one of the main script errors, as well as an awful script that ended up breaking down, but apparently they still receive the same error. It might be one other addon that only shows errors through rcon, but it has been like that for months and caused no issues. Other than that, I can't think of any other issues.

It depends on you clients as well. I ran a Counter Strike Capture the Flag Server and that one sends text messages, console messages, hug messages, trigger events info and what not.
For my connection, it works fine, but for some other clients it causes issues. From my experience, it happens when more data is sent over weak connection. Only recommendation, that I can give would be to remove plugins 1 by 1 and check again.

Make sure rates are set properly. There are quite a few threads/posts on here by me with advisable rate settings for gmod. I have seen this error happen rarely when too many clients are using the mic, but other than that I have had 64 slot servers sending over 100KB/s to each player without any issue.
