Banning problems

I seem to be having problems with people getting back into the server after i have banned them. How can I fix this issue.
I would really be gratefull.

is it right away that they come back or after a map change

make sure that after you ban them you do this command:

rcon writeid

this will "save" the bans for-ev-er. (amx_rcon writeid and/or admin_rcon writeid will work too.)

Make sure you have the exec. commands in your server.cfg.
