I host mail account for some of my admins and I host a web client on my website. I cannot set up the change password feature because I do not have information needed to fill it out. Any help will be appreciated. It gives me the option to use hmailserver-change-password, ispconfig-change-password, directadmin-change-password, poppassd-change-password, and cpanel-change-password.

It appears that we do not currently expose an API for changing the password. It can be done through our Roundcube webmail install, so you could try to use a wrapper for that, but it might be a bit complicated.
