I have lower permissions

I own a web server and domain and I had someone build the website for me, they have since then hijacked my website, I have reverted it and have it down for maintenance. They have set their permissions higher so I can't ban them within the website, how do I do this because I really need to get this gaming community rolling.

Do you have root access? If so, log in as root and you will be able to edit any file permissions you need.

I may have misunderstood, do they have higher file system permissions, or are they a higher level user on your website?

They built the website off of phpadmin permissions and I dont know how to access that page.

They are a higher rank on the website because they set them self to unbannable and also can ban anyone.

Use the NFO webpanel > Autoinstallers to install PHPMyadmin if you haven't already. If you have, navigate to it and login using the information in the databases page. Find the database that was linked to the information in question, and edit it to your needs.
