Install Request Tracker (Or something similar)

Is it possible to install Request Tracker (https://www.bestpractical.com/rt/) or some other ticket tracking software on a web hosting server? I have a need of some ticket management system (pretty low volume) and I would like to host it with my existing site. If RT won't work, is there any other software that might work for me? TIA

It may be complicated to install RT on shared hosting because it uses Perl and requires a range of Perl modules that you would have to install into your own folder. You'd then likely have to modify various RT files to look in your folder for what it needs.

I know that osTicket works without modification, as one alternative.
