Once my game server was lagging, so I contacted them about the issue. Their solution? Transfer me to a new machine with double the RAM and CPU power of the old one!
I'm sure you can find cheaper hosts out there, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
It is worth the extra money to have all the perks of being with NFO.
