Having Problems with FastDL for Svencoop 5.0+

I was told to come here from support hopefully someone can help my problem.

Been working on a server for the past 4 weeks now trying to setup the fastDL. Support says i have the link right for it. But for some reason it doesn't work like it won't detect it or something.

Here's what i did:

The basics for fastdl is this:

1) Set up an HTTP/web server any way you like and open port 80 on your router
2) Copy your SC server's svencoop folder onto your web server somewhere
3) Figure out what the external URL to your web server's SC folder is (e.g. http://your-external-ip-address/svencoop)
4) Put that URL into your server.cfg:

So i did
sv_downloadurl "http://bloodmoon.site.nfoservers.com/sv ... /svencoop/"

I get
I even tried it without svencoopserver/svencoop" still no luck. I noticed i get this
Couldn't find map maps/dread.bsp, server will download the map.

I spent about 5 mins doing transfer to the webserver doing all this

And it still takes 3 mins or more downloading the map unlike a fast dl that would only take it a 5 secs.

I refuse to go and get help from svencoop forums since they were completely useless for me when i asked for help.

I will sell my soul to anyone who can help me with this problem Lol
