I was looking around in FTP via FileZilla and couldn't find the .htaccess folder. Yes, I have enabled, "Force showing hidden files". I have no filters on.
I have the pro package.
If someone could help that would be amazing.

The .htaccess file may not exist in that case.
If this is new webhosting, there wouldn't be one right out of the gate.
