amxbans 6.XX

I installed AMXbans any of the 6.XX and a remote host and it works fine. I tried over the past few weeks at different times moving it to the game server here on NFO server which is also setup with a few websites on it.

Anyway once I move it over with database and all it seems to work fine and shows all pages except the admin.php page. If shows up as a white page. I can copy and paste full URLS of sites after admin.php page for example

admin.php?site=wm_wa or any URL after admin.php?ANYTHING but just the admin.php page is blank White in color.

Anyone know a fix for this. I would like to move axmbans to where the server is now since I would think it would be faster.
I have really had this problem since day one over a year ago and just really didn't care where the amxbans was installed as long as it worked. But now I would like it to work on to the same server.
