1. Find and copy your 64bit SteamID. Your SteamID can normally be found in the address bar of your Steam profile, but can also be found here after entering your username.
2. Open the NFO control panel and select the "Server control" tab.
3. In the RCON box enter "ownerid <64bit ID here> <admin name>". "moderatorid" also works.

You're now an owner of your server and benefit from being an admin. Admins can issue all console command via the in-game console (F1) and also gain the ability to fly with right-shift + L along with instant craft.
