SourceBans Checker: Failed to connect to SourceBans DB, Could not find database conf "sourcebans"

I put this on everyone of my server databases.cfg

I'm really dumb when it comes to figuring out simple things
Sorry I know you guys probably get a lot of post like these.Heres the link to my sourcebans http://uagamerzweb.site.nfoservers.com/ ... php?p=home. I can ban people from my server through source bans but when I ban someone from the server in game it doesn't show in the ban list, also it only bans them from 1 server not all 4. I also can't add admins to my servers through sourceban, I've restarted the server a few times and still didn't work.
