Arma 3 atlis life DB

Hello every one i am having trouble trying to set up the data base on PHPMYADMIN.
i am very new at all this but i got atlis life to run, but i have the "Setting up client, please wait ..." screen

from what i understood from the research i did, that it is because i dont have the database set up.

which brings me to my problem. i downloaded the DB files for atlis life and i tried to put in the extdb-conf file
into phpmyadmin and i get a erro

i have been following this video i do not know if i have to follow all the steps just because i am not sure
