When typing in my web address (or any domains I've routed) it seems that they never load. The end result (after about 2 minutes of waiting) is "We're Sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly"
HOWEVER, this has been going on for about 3 months. I haven't received any reply for my messages through the control panel and I can access the files directly through the ftp. If you wish to see the message I will link the url

Seems to be working just fine. Issue is apparently on your end.

I fixed this for the customer shortly after he posted. It turned out to be that he had some vestigial RoR files hanging around from prior development that he was doing. They were causing the Passenger module to detect his site as RoR and it flipped out because the site wasn't really workable as RoR.
