I have a Gmod Server. Gmod being Gmod, it breaks weekly, actually DAILY at times, and support is always there to help me fix it. Support is always friendly(Even though sometimes I'm a lot less than Friendly) and does everything in their power to help fix the problems.
Although the one thing I do wish they had is Two-Factor Authentication for NFO Accounts, so someone can't easily hack my Control Panel.

I believe 2 factor authentication is something that John is currently working on, amongst numerous features and changes.
