Yes, please contact us to change your identifier. The identifier is the label shown in the control panel sidebar for selecting which service to view. A new identifier must meet these criteria:

1. Be between 3 and 14 characters
2. Contain only letters and numbers
3. Start with a letter
4. Not conflict with another customer's service

The 4th criteria means that if you want your standard game server to become "identifier1", but another customer has the website "identifier1", the identifier can't be used, because the standard game server includes web hosting, so that identifier would already be in use. You would be able to use the identifier for a game server on a managed VDS, however, since it wouldn't include web hosting.

If you change your web hosting identifier, this will change the MySQL username and database prefixes, so update these from within the software using MySQL, including any addons on game servers. If you only want to change the provided subdomain on your web hosting (xxxx.site.nfoservers.com), do this from the "Domains" tab of your web hosting control panel.
