The Server Control tab says my server is running but the Status tab says it's down!

The "Server Control" tab and the "Status" tab display different information. The "Server Control" tab shows the state of the server process. If it says the server is running, it means the server executable has been launched and the process is active.
The "Status" tab shows whether the game server can be queried — displaying the map, players, and other details.
It's possible for the server process to be active but the game server to not be queryable, due to a configuration error or other issue. If you see this, check the available log files to troubleshoot, or contact us from the "Help!" tab of your game server control panel.
