I have a member who is working on the road and staying in a hotel.
He has his computer with him and tried to connect to our TS3, but he continually got an error message preventing him from connecting. After trying over and over about 10-15 times he said, he was finally able to connect.
He tried to tell me what the error was but I had him google it and send me a link to what he found.

Is this something related to the server or is this possibly the hotel internet connection that was restricting him?

Re: Question on Error Received
Our TSDNS server is set up correctly, but it is possible that his hotel blocked certain types of packets involved with resolution or with connecting to the service. What was the error message that he saw?
