I've never seen customer support like NFO

In addition to the awesome game servers, VPS, and dedicated server hosting they provide, NFO cares about the customer. If you have any problem their support responds quickly and doesn't stop helping until you're happy. Their server performance was good enough for me to not consider moving to another host, their support is what makes me say I won't move to another host.
