Need to block a specific port?
Need to block a specific port?. I'm new to this. How would I block a specific port? Port #1194
Re: Need to block a specific port?
You can block ports through the Firewall tab on the control panel. I can give more specific instructions if you specify if this is a DS or VDS, and what OS it is running.

Yes I went to the Firewall Control panel, but got confused on making a custom filter..
Server is running Lubuntu... I guess I could do it from there?

Re: Need to block a specific port?
In general it's better to use the Firewall page as that way they will never even reach the machine at all.
The options to block specific ports are only available TCP and UCP, not IDMP
