Just got server today having big problems please help

I cant get my battlefieldvietnam server manager to connect to my server. I can get it to run however using the default ip that comes with the server manager but i am the only on that can log into the server then. Plus when i try to run punkbuster it tells me that my server is running an old version of punkbuster and it kicks me off after a few minutes. Plus i cant modify my server from my control panel at nuclear web sight should i be able to and if so why can i not do it. Please help
