Can I get some help on this?
I'm using Windows Server 2019
I did a windows update, and now the server just won't restart.
I tried all 3 options;
-Turn off
-Soft off:
-Power cycle:
VDS won't restart
-

It looks like you also opened a help request about this where we are going over things in more detail.
For others running into the same problem, there are a few options you can try on the recovery screen. I usually find that using those options to boot it into safe mode with networking using allows the system to finish booting and fixing whatever updates it was working on, allowing normal booting after.
