Any issues with these rates on a Ultraaccelerator CS 1.6 on a VDS?

sv_minrate 100000
sv_maxrate 0
sv_maxupdaterate 100
sv_minupdaterate 80

I noticed the NFO default server config has:

sv_minrate 100000
sv_maxupdaterate 60

[Edge100x]

It looks like we default to 60 for public servers, when a higher setting is not specified. This was likely in line with what customers needed 15+ years ago, when connections were much slower. Certainly safe to raise it.
