How to make a Namalsk DayZ server

We make setting up a Namalsk server on DayZ very easy with our control panel installers. You can also install the mod manually by following our guide on how to install mods on a DayZ server.

To install Namalsk the easy way,

1. Navigate to the Autoinstallers tab of your control panel.
2. Expand the “Namalsk Island” section.
3. Click "Install Namalsk Island"
4. Wait a minute or two and check the Status page to see if your server is back online. If it isn't, give it another couple of minutes.
5. Go back to the Autoinstallers page and install the "Namalsk Survival" mod in the same way.
6. Your server should automatically come up running both mods and the normal.namalsk mission. You can enter the hardcore.namalsk mission through the "Easy setup" page instead, if you prefer.
7. Inside the @Namalsk Survival folder in your server's FTP (which you can get to through the "File manager" tab), you should see an "Extras/Regular" folder. The serverDZ.cfg file there has some default settings that you might consider implementing, including time acceleration and light settings. You can do this by editing your own dayz/serverDZ.cfg file, changing the existing variables to match what they have as their defaults, and then restarting your server.

Make sure that you also have Namalsk Island and Namalsk Survival installed on your client, so that you can connect to the server.
