Question About Dedicated

Hey guys, I bought a dedicated server, I got my account, and everything, but when I tried to open the server in the dedicated, it wouldn't work because the dlls files wouldn't work. The dedicated had no programs installed; it was just a computer with nothing inside, so my question is, where can I buy a dedicated with an operating system installed so that I can open my server without issues? I'm not sure I understand the problem and I think there may be some confusion with the terminology.

Are you saying it just has Windows and no game servers in it, or is there some other problem?

An unmanaged machine will just be a bare machine with the OS installed. If there is a type of server you want to run on it, you have to install and configure that game server first.

Sounds like you meant to order a Managed dedicated server and missed the checkbox for Managed. Hopefully staff can get you switched from Unmanaged to Managed!
