Where can I buy a Domain name to replace the one that i already
have so it doesnt have the sub domain
so instead of pbpaandwa.nuclearfallout.net
i want pbpaandwa.com

http://www.godaddy.com is one of many registrars that can provide this service.

i was just there but do i have to buy hosting for my site cause there
was no other option to do but when i was a the shopping cart
it said i could remove it

No you do not need to buy hosting, just buy the domain alone. There should be that option while ordering at godaddy. First is domain, then they ask if you want hosting, say no, and continue on if I recall correctly.

because i put

hosted.nuclearfallout is correct, thats what the tutorial instructs

You should see soon the NFo portal that you see here:

If you do, then you have set it correctly and just need to email us to forward the CNAME to your directory.

Currently I see http://pbpaandwa.com going to godaddy parked, make sure you set the dns servers in the domain account at godaddy to everydns.net servers, as well as set the CNAME.

note on this topic: you might need go into your godaddy control panel and edit the nameservers to: ns1.everydns.net and ns2.everydns.net
to do this you might also need to unlock the domain.

it just said it might take up to 48 hrs to propogate

that tells me that you have it all set up correctly, but you still may have to wait for your ISP.
