question about mods!!!

Does anyone know the mod so that if someone tks a non admin they have the choic to kill them, slap them to 1 hp, make them a rocket, ect... Thanks!

You did everything correct except for uploading the correct files for the plugin. The files that go inside plugins folder needs to be in the .amxx format, which is the compiled version of those sma files you uploaded. You can click on the "Get plugin" under each sma and download a compiled .amxx file.

I uploaded the correct files to plugins and everything else was correct. Change the map and it should be working assuming your atac.cfg is configured the way you want it to run. If it doesn't, try a full restart of your server from server control page of your control panel.
