Sprays stoped working

Hey guys maybe someone can help me out on this one? Since the new updates reguarding HLDS and the new Metamod now people can't use thier sprays (PLDECALS) anymore I was wondering if this was a Bug in the new HLDS or Something I need to Turn Back on? I know for a fact that it used to work b4 the new upgrades...anyone else having these problem and know how to fix this? Thank You everyone for your time!!!

We're having the same problem on our server.

There was some discussion about this on the HLDS mailing lists. A couple of possible reasons were brought up, such as the new client DLL on the server causes it and that Valve consciously disabled it with the new version. In any case, I'm keeping my eye open for further updates that might fix it and further information on what causes it.

This is the error that displays in the server console:

Custom file doesn't have WAD3 id
Ignoring invalid custom decal from Shmo

I haven't heard anything about it yet, nope.
